This User Agreement (hereinafter — the 'Agreement') is a legally binding document between you (hereinafter — the 'User', 'You') and the administration of the mkv.estate website (hereinafter — 'We', 'Administration'), governing your use of https://mkv.estate (hereinafter — the 'Site') and related services.
- 1.1. By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site.
- 1.2. The Site is intended for users who have reached the age permitted to enter into legal contracts under their country’s law.
- 1.3. The Administration is not a party to agreements between users and is not responsible for their content or consequences.
- 1.4. The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with applicable law, including GDPR if based in the EU.

1. General Provisions
- 2.1. You are solely responsible for any information you post on the Site, including texts, photos, videos, and contact details.

2. User Content
2.2. It is prohibited to post:
- 3.1. For full access to Site features, the User must create an account.
- 3.2. You agree to provide accurate personal data and keep it up to date.
- 3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information.
- 3.4. The User has the right to delete their own account via the personal dashboard, unless blocked by the Administration.
- 3.5. In case of account blocking, removal is possible only after considering a written request to info@mkv.estate.
- 3.6. The Administration reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict account access if there are grounds to believe the User is violating this Agreement or third-party rights.
3. Account
- 4.1. Account creation and basic use of the Site are free.
- 4.2. Additional services (e.g., ad promotion) are paid as specified on the Site.
- 4.3. Before payment, the User will be clearly informed of the price, scope, and duration of services.
- 4.4. All payments are final, except as provided by law (e.g., refunds under EU consumer rights).
4. Paid Services
- 5.1. The Administration processes personal data in accordance with the Site’s Privacy Policy and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

5. Personal Data Protection
5.2. The User is entitled to:

6. Intellectual Property
- 7.1. The Site is provided ‘as is’, without any warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.2. The Administration is not liable for:
- 8.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached — in court according to Ukrainian jurisdiction.
- 8.2. EU users may file a complaint through the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
8. Dispute Resolution
- 9.1. We may change this Agreement at any time. The updated version will be published on the Site with the revised date.
- 9.2. Continued use of the Site after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
